Q: Do I need to register before placing an order?
A: Yes, you do. You can browse our product without registering. Once you are ready to place an order, we will prompt you to login or register with us.

A: You can click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of every received newsletter email.
Orders
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can always cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order is unpaid, you can cancel directly by yourself. Just find your unpaid order in My Orders and click "Cancel Order" button.

Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Then please follow our return policy, thank you for your understandings.
Q: Why Was My Order Canceled?
A: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.
Q: Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via support@jaronxautoparts.com. Once the parcel was processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q: How Do I Use A Discount Code?
A: If you have a discount coupon, when you go to “check out” page, you may find an option where you need to input the number, that’s how you use it.

Q: I entered the wrong address
A: We'll need to update this with the carrier. Please get in touch straight away with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you! Please note that this change may slightly delay your shipment or delivery time by about 24-48 hours.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. On the day of shipment we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step. You may also access shipping information by viewing Track Order page.
Q: Why my order still not shipped?
A: Usually it takes about 1-2 days to prepare for your order since a perfect product needs a reasonable preparing period.
Please be assured that once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number. If you don't receive the confirmation email till the estimated shipping date, please contact us via support@jaronxautoparts.com

Q: For the x3 center console storage box - does it slip into/on top of the existing console or must i remove the original and then install your product?
A: No need to remove the original armrest storage box, just put it on the top of existing console.
Q: I want the flat peice in the storage box alone. Can I buy it separately?
A: Sorry, it can't be sold separately.
Q: Will this center console tray fit 2019 x3?
A: Yes,perfect fit
Q: Is this for both front doors drivers and passenger side?
