Shipping out within 2 business days when we have received your payment.
Orders placed at 12:00 p.m (GMT-07:00) will be considered the next business day.

*Important note:

Delivery preparation (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) typically takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the total delivery time.
Due to COVID-19, manufacturer delays, distribution delays, or government restrictions, and other factors may all have an impact on shipping time.

Shipping Time & Fee

Shipping fee is calculated automatically on the checkout page, which depends on the estimated delivery speeds, weight, and distance.
- To the United States (excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses)
Standard Shipping:  6-21 business days, FREE for orders.
- To Brazil
Standard Shipping from China:  21-26 business days, USD$10 for orders.
- To European Union 
Standard Shipping from China:  6-21 business days, USD$10 for orders.
-To the United Kingdom
Standard Shipping from China:  6-21 business days, USD$20 for orders.
-To Australia
Standard Shipping from China: 6-21 business days, USD$10 for orders non over 1kg/ USD$140 for orders over 5kg.

More Information on Delivery

To make sure your courier can be delivered safely and punctually, the tips below can help:
  1. When checking out, it's better to choose an address where you can receive the package on the business day as the shipping address, because the local shippers normally deliver packages on the business day ( Mon. - Fri.). It's best to keep your phone open because the shippers often call ahead to verify that someone will be available to sign for and accept the delivery.
  2. A dispatched email will be sent when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at support@jaronxautoparts.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
  3. The tracking number will be included in the dispatched email, if you cannot find it, please email us at support@jaronxautoparts.com for an update on your tracking. It always takes 1-3 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.
