24 Hours' Free of Cancellation

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

7 Days' Free of Return

Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us at support@jaronxautoparts.com immediately if you have any concerns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we have received the product, we will send you a refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Keep the original shipping box in a good shape in case you'd like to issue a return afterwards.

30 Days' Guarantee

The 30 days guarantee for any failures or defects that occur through normal use, replace with a new one, no refund. For any claims, please email us at support@jaronxautoparts.com with high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.

6 Months' Warranty

We offer an 6 months warranty, from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, no new replacement. For any claims, please email us at support@jaronxautoparts.com with high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

Shipping Cost for Return

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, please inform us at support@jaronxautoparts.com with high-resolution photos or a video clearly showing the defect. The price of the product shall be refunded to you in full, including all the cost of delivery.
Please choose the cheapest shipping services and minimize costs for your return.

If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It typically takes 3 business days for the refund to process into your PayPal account, and it takes 2 weeks for the refund to process into your VISA account, depending on how your bank processes.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@jaronxautoparts.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, please send us the request together with photos or a video of the product to: support@jaronxautoparts.com.
